Call for applications for our 2026 culinary residency in Cameroon

For the second year running, the Compagnie Fruitière Foundation, in collaboration with ICI–Les Grandes Tables and Les Cuisines Africaines, is accepting applications for a culinary residency in Cameroon from 23 February to 9 March 2026. 

This residency offers a unique experience based on transmission, sharing and dialogue between regions, cultures and generations.

We are looking for:
– A young chef who is passionate, creative and curious, and
– An experienced chef

Their mission? To live together an immersive experience at the heart of Cameroon’s culinary and cultural heritage, between Yaoundé, Douala and the PHP plantations in Njombé, to explore, learn, create and pass on their knowledge.
