Our culinary residency program is rolling out and exporting in 2025! On the way to Cameroon.

An original project of culinary experimentation and creation, the 2025 edition is designed and managed by an unprecedented association of actors around our Foundation : Les Cuisines Africaines, supported by ICI-Les Grandes Tables and the School of Food and Hospitality through Inclusion (EMAHI) of chef Sebastien Richard.

Our culinary brigade made up of 4 chefs selected in Marseille is immersed in discovering the richness of Cameroon, its terroirs and its culinary traditions.

Following a call for applications, 4 chefs who were very motivated by this meeting opportunity and presented complementary profiles won over our jury:
